This covers the 45 hours required for agent and broker renewal and is offered at the great member price of $90.00. All students will receive the 3 hour mandatory courses and two 15 hour consumer protection courses, provided in a text book. The book can be picked up at a NorBAR office. If you are unable to pick up the book, please email your mailing address to dianen@norbarrealtor.com. Book must be in hand FIVE business days prior to taking the tests that follow the course. I you do not have the book five days prior, your testing will be delayed several days. The 2 1/2 hour review class is not mandatory for renewing your license, but attendees find it extremely beneficial. One test is given at the end of class. The rest of the testing occurs online following the live review. CalBRE requires a certain time period between tests, so your instructor will give you that information in class as well as providing passwords to test online. All testing is in accordance with current CalBRE rules. Anyone who fails an exam can take a second test at no cost within one year from the date of registration. Courses are approved for continuing education credit by the California BRE.
