Fred brings the experience of an 25-year career as a music educator. The same skills and talents which garnered him “Teacher of the Year” along with other honors as an educator at the secondary, college and university levels have been applied to the design and execution of one of the industry’s most innovative training and mentoring programs. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and doctoral work at the University of Colorado, he is at home in the academic world. In his career as a musical conductor, he was well known nationally as a speaker, clinician and touring artist.  While he maintains a high level of personal sales production, he is in demand as a guest speaker and trainer.
